This company take original documents including degree certificate from employee and dont return back after completing bond period.
Refuse to give experience certificate and force to work. They tell candidate to run away by not returning experience certificate. Pay candidate very less against rules. Mention different amount in offer letter of candidate. Lie to client about candidate experience and technology put experience upto 5 year for 2 year experience person. Get amount upto 9000 Ringit from client pay less amount like 1800 to candidate, against Malaysian rule like foreign worker has to be paid above 2500 Ringit.
Once candidate manage to escape send mail like you have to pay 8 lakh of money otherwise we put case on you. Not sending people home even for emergency lot of person become depress but cannot do anything against management (Akram/Sudash). Out of fear no one speaking against company. Please help out remaining candidate stuck up in this company.
