My name is JOTHYMOORTHY, residing at sathyamangalam, erode Dist, i had travel to sathy to komarapalayam on 23rd may there i go to ATM (KVB) afternoon, before i get my money my ATM was blocked and also money then i go to bank KVB bank ask about my ATM card, but they told get AXIS bank's request letter then only we give it to ur ATM, and i return and next day goto AXIS bank and tell abt this, here this axis persons told, no need any letter sir, just show ur ID proof and get ur card, again i go to KVB-komarapalayam and told this and AXIS bank persons also call to kvb but they told strictly we need AXIS bank request letter, plz guide me how to get my card, i had loss my business 1 week for this prob. kindly do the needful to get my ATM.
