Seasia Consulting indulged in unfair means... Reducing salaries of Employees without any Notice and Fires them when they ask for salary Increment. No appraisals for two years. Even after firing Seasia don't settle the payment. Seasia really harass their employees.

Hire freshers in the name of training without any salary... and after 4 or 5 Months Seasia pay them a mere 5000 Rs per month which not even a peon will accept.

I worked in this company for four years and I got an increment of just 10%. 5% after 6months of joining and 5 % after Two years of first increment. and After 1.5 years they reduced my salary by 50%!!!..

How can a person survive in 50% of the salary who has got almost No increment for last Four years.

Their Policy is to hire freshers and get them trained by their senior staff and after that they fire the seniors or compel them to work in reduced salaries...

In my case they didn't gave me any notice and No written explanation why they are reducing my salary. On the salary day I got half salary only. I had no option but to leave the Seasia and search for another Job... I still have to get my salary of 7 days which they are not paying saying that I have not given them any Notice before leaving the company... How can I serve them notice when They didn't serve me any Notice...
