Phone call from kotak mahendra adviced me to invest into an insurance policy for which i would be given bonus of Rs225000 after a term of three months time, but infact the people who had made the phone call said that it is not possible and they will arrange for the reimbursmernt of the payment given by me for the insurance policy, but nothing has happened, when i call them on the number provided by them they say to complaint the matter to irda. I am in a confused state what should i do now when it is more than 4 months since the date i have invested in the policy which i really purchased for the sake of bonus only. please give me a suggestion, i also have the recording of the conversation we had
