I have taken a policy from KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE, Policy No# 01072968 in 2008 but till date i have not got my Policy Bond & i have also deposited the 2 premiums of mine policy of Rs. 10043/- each. Request you to take on a high note & solve my problem. Looking forward your valuable response as soon as possible ..
