My self NITIN KUMAR GUPTA, i was taken a kotak life policy in the month of june the payment was also duly made through cheque of state bank of india, i recd. a bond which is not as per the terms & conditions told to me. after that i'll approach to Kotak life for new bond & sign my new bond as on 28/09 but till now i'll not receive any bond and the management of kotaklife is mis-behave with me. so, kindly give priority to my complaint and please give me my insurance bond.
