We 11 people r complaid for de low voltage to AE of kseb Thodupuzha Major section No.1; After 2 months the kseb labours came with No.1AE and one sub eng. They pulled carelessly 3phases through our old poles and now the lines are touching on trees and some of them are very loose. After this daily the power should go 2or3times. Many times we have informed the authorities and from there side no actions taking for this. we have nothing to give the above Ae or Sub Eng. We know this work done by them are violating the electrical inspectorate's guide lines. Please take this complaint very urgenet.
