My self Imran Iqbal Kasmani. I have compliance against Kunal Gas Agency.
I have booked My Gas Cylinder 13/9. But they did not gave us gas cylinder till the date.
this problem we are suffering from 2-3 months. We have have compliance this matter to IOC (Indian Oil Corporation).
then Kunal Gas Agency man came to house and told that we cannot give you cylinder because you have Complaint In IOC. And if you want to start your gas connection you have to give 500 Rs. (as a bribe). We have not given him a penny so he told that your gas cylinder connection will never start till you pay me 500 rs. He has given me his Mobile number so if we have changed mind to give him a bribe once.
Please Take action against them and suggest what we should do?
