I was a small time general store owner product like Frooti & Appy in Gurgaon by name Shubhi Enterprises, Gurgaon. We were supplying your products to Tetra Pak India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon office at Global Business Park. The product was taken on credit of 1 month on regular basis & payments were done via cheque issued from personal account. We are supplying them since 2005 until Nov regularly.
Now they have new employee - Purchase Manager Mr. Deepak Jain refuses to pay as the earlier manager is know more with company. The product was sold at a dealer price with minimum margin as we were introduced to Tetra Pak is big company. Every time we used get payments regularly but now the new manager Mr. Deepak is taking care of purchase & has denied to pay us our due which standing for longtime.
I met purchase manager personally also, but in vain I had to face misbehavior & I was told to approach any one it would not affect him at all. There after wrote an email to MD of Tetra Pak India Pvt Ltd. Now we have stopped giving the supplies to Tetra Pak India Pvt Ltd but still not paid dues of mere Rs. 38600 only.
There after I was approached by security guard of company, with offer to give Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) to him & in-turn my money will disbursed by purchase manger.
So I would suggest all small business owner never give product credit seeing name of company as it purchase manager or MD of big MNC like Tetra Pak everyone there to cheat local people & we should join campaign against looting our hard earned & making money out of our labor. This is a wake calls for small business owner who ultimately make MNC profitable by selling their products looting our economy.
