Problem with ECS

Dear Sir,

I have availed home loan from your branch with Loan account No: 712200000200 (File No: 712200246). From past three months I am facing problem with ECS. I have given the ECS mandate form from Citibank, Pune (My Salary Account).

ECS did not get debited in month of February (1st EMI), I have enquired with bank and they said that they did not receive any ECS request from LICHFL. I then enquired in LICHFL office here at Pune and they showed me that MICR code number was entered wrongly by LICHFL official in your records and they also told me that the Utility code given by LICHFL agent (Ravi) was incorrect.

I again went to Citibank and got the ECS mandate form again and I have submitted personally on 31st March in Vanasthalipuram office and Mr. Viswanath told me that ECS facility will not be possible for month of March. At that point of time I have given cheque for March.

And for month of April till now I did not receive the ECS and when I enquired today with Mr. Viswanath to check my account, I found that the MICR code that was wrongly entered before was not changed and that was the reason it did not get debited.

Because of the mistake from LICHFL officials (may be from your branch or Main branch), I feel deep mental agony and since I do not stay in Hyderabad, My father had to take leave and visit your office again and again. I request you to kindly look in to this immediately so that the same will not be repeated next month.
