I have availed housing loan of Rs.15, 00, 000/- and chq of Rs.7, 50, 000/- got on 28/09 and as per your advice i had to pay Rs.12, 599.00 per month. but deduction has started from the month of Dec and EMI changed to Rs.12622.00 per month.

deducted. But as per mail received dated on 18-01-12 from LIC housing finance Ltd.about the loan
status i came to know that o/s principal amount is Rs.743003/- instead of Rs.742951/- despite no late interest
has charged. Hence you are requested to clarify the difference of Rs.52/- appeared as per your mail.
