Hi Team,

I have a Home loan (A/c No. 810781692, Appl. No. 502892) with you since November.

I am not able to log in to your portal using the link provided to me earlier. I need the provisional certificate for year 2012 for IT purposes.

I have sent 3 emails to [email protected] and called on 020- 41302801 and 41302805 several times but no one has responded to me. I emailed on [email protected] and [email protected] as well but the emails got undelivered though they are listed on their website. When i call on the numbers above they either don't pick up or even if they do, they keep me on hold and then deliberately hang up. This is pure harassment.

I intend to go to Consumer Forum if i do not get a response in the next 24 hours to this email. Thanks.
