Policy transfer not yet done

This is mail from Jeyagopinath, one of LIC, International Oman customer in Muscat who left India on December due to family requirements. I was having policy with LIC International for self and my wife. The policy numbers are given below.

My wife (B. Meenakumari) Policy no. 404003663

We put up a request to you to transfer our Policies to India Velachery Branch (Branch code 70Z) via duly filled applications and forwarded thro' agentb Mr. Krishnamurthy Dixit dated 05/12.

Despite 3-1/2 months passed by now no action is being taken on our request. When I visited LIC Velachery office today, it was surprise to hear that LIC office from Muscat have not yet tranferred the papers to Chennai (Velachery). Pls. kindly consider this matter seriously and kindly take positive steps to transfer my Account to the requested branch at the earliest.
