Reissue of cheque

Dear customer care

I requested to reissue a cheque against my Policy A/C 636810200000514 (Zavvar Jafar) due to expiry of first initial payment Cheque issued on 28-08.

I Personally approach to LIC office Rajindra Nagar, Ghaziabad in mid October and submitted the application with original cheque. The Branch Manager assured that I will receive fresh cheque within ten days.

Unfortunately I did not received it yet.

Please look into the matter and do the needful
