I have a insurance policy from city branch no.7 which under K.M.D.O-1 as on proposal of agent and d.o and issued a cheque of Rs. 26, 053 vide cheque no. 89450 and submitted at the above branch on 31.03.2004 my b.o.c. no. is 19740 for single premium but after maturity date I received my policy from my agent and found that my policy has done on yearly premium basis and thereafter I had gone to the said branch office and asked about my policy status and the said branch have no co-operated with me and I failed to know about my excess deposit amount for refund but the said branch could not confirm to me about the refund of my excess premium deposit.
Now I like to get my excess deposit amount of Rs. 19, 500/- which is lying with the said branch office and with penalty interest and recover my deposit premium of Rs. 6553 under policy no. 418346631
I like to lodge my complaint against the agent whose code no. 10104414/2032041and the said branch office who have retained my excess deposit money since the acceptance of proposal in the year 2004.
