Reisssue of policy Document

Sir

I myself Dr A.L. Soni availing LIC Pension Plan Jeevan Suraksha No. 377748253, a month ago my policy documents were missed. I submitted application to reissue it on 6/6 with all requirements (forms/fees/affidavit), Since that day I have visited LIC Office janjgir more that 10 times. Whenever they called I made a visit but till date (10/08) I have not get a copy of policy document.

Please guide me regarding the same.
