I had booked a 19 kg LPG cylinder from the distributor of Maruti Indane at Tulsidham Char Rasta, Manjalpur, Baroda. They delivered it but charged Rs. 20/- extra (over and above Rs. 1079.45 for the cylinder) for delivering and would not give a bill for the same. On insistence, they finally gave me the bill. To the best of my knowledge, delivery charges are included in the price of the cylinder. Can they charge me extra for gas delivery? Whom do I take the matter up with?
