Service Tax collected extra over last year paid premium paid

Sir,

As per the Max New York Policy Document issued to me, Mr. c, s, manjunathan, Ploicy No.398000299, my wifeMrs. Jayanthi Manjunathan (life line -medi cash plan bothpolicies), No.398060251 and my son Parashar CM, No.398000232 (life partner plus endowment plan), all the three policy premiums were paid last April as follows.

1. Policy no.398000299 Rs.5202/- In 2010 To pay Rs.5739/-

2. Policy No.398060251 Rs.3060/- " " Rs.3375/-

3. Policy No.398000232 Rs.5000/- " " Rs.5052/-

It is clearly mentioned in our Policy Documents what amount to be paid by us till the policy matures, but to our surprise, we have received letters asking us to pay Rs, 532/-, Rs.315/-and Rs. 52/- additional amount respectively. When asked the concerned authourities, and they are unable to give us satisfactory answere to us and they are thereatening us, if donot paymentioned amount our policies will be lapsed.

Please let us know how you can collect extra amount despite agreed amount.
