I wish to say that I have applied for PAN Card vide Application Form 49 A
bearing Application Sr.No.033139266 & my Processing Fee Coupon No. is
021314339.The date of receipt was 2Nov.2007.Further I was told that I will
receive my PAN Card with in one month from the date of receipt.But till date
I have not received my PAN Card.
On enquiring from the local Post-Office I have been told that they have not
yet received any PAN Card bearing my name & address.And on enquiring from
the local collection centre (UTI), they were least supportive and declined to
share any responsibility and backed off.So I lodged a complain at 'Aaykar
Sampark Kendra (ASK)', the complain number being '659324'.Moreover I have
also written to firstname.lastname@example.org in this regard via e-mail dated Jan21, 2008, and May29, 2008. But till date no action has been taken so far concerning my grievence.A further repeated enquiry/request at ASK yielded nill results.
So, this time, not only it is requested that necessary action be taken & my PAN Card should be
sent to me as soon as possible, but further, a strict action be taken against all those erring employees dealing with the customer support, both at the ASK as well as those handling the mail account of email@example.com. Moreover, after a period of approximately two and half years, I do expect a penalty amount be paid to me for all the suffering, I have to suffer all these years.
