Problem with servicing cente

Sir i have bought a micromax mobile phone in 11 months ago and it had got a complaint and i had given it to the servicing center and he told that he will send it to the company and it will take 2 months for repairing and i had given it and and i called after a month he said cell went to company for repair .and i went after tow months he is not there i asked the neighbour shop he said that he cheated the customers and he escaped with cellphones

so pleasetell me what can i do is there any option to take action on micromax company and to replace my cell
