i joined mirik healthfoods, new delhi as regional manager with functions c and f management, field management and execution of strategies. even after finished my job in firtst month without their support by appointing c and f by sending deposits fo 3 lks for stocking at orissa distributor. after taking money from them mirik did not sent any stock to distributor. more over the co. demands more money without sending any stock. i came to know that there are other distributors from a.p, assam, rajasthan, u.p, bihar m.p etc 105 distributors cheated by mirik healthfoods pvt ltd, 16a, atmaram house, cannaught, new delhi.
when we demand my salery and deposit back, they lodged criminal cases against us to avoid giving back deposits.
in this context, there is no alternative to go public and delhi police, labour court and other govt institutions to get justice. i pray delhi police and nhrc to interfere and abort the miriks operation of financial robbery publicly by taking advantage of legal sections.
