I regret to inform you that Rs.10000 is debited from my account with out withdrawal. I used my SBM debit card in Union Bank ATM Bangalore on 04/07/10 to withdraw Rs.10000, but transaction failed & got a receipt saying "Unable to process". Later I went to SBM ATM center & took a mini statement, I was surprised that statement was showing Rs.10000 withdraw.
So please look in to this matter & help me to get back that Rs.10000.
