This is to kindly inform you that I have given request for the account opening of my wife at your karol bagh branch to Mr. Ashish& Mr Vipul. On monday (22nd Feb) Mr. Ashish & Mr Vipul Visited my house & taken the Desired document plus 5 k chq & they promised me to give the welcome kit on very next day as their operation manager is not available but till today I haven't received any call from them infact I call at your brach so many times on following no.(011 - 64508887, 64507036, 64506070, 64509992, 64505419, 64508708) they told me that account opening take one week time. Then Mr Manish told me (Customer Service Head) that 10 days taken in account opeing, But Nobody willing to tell me the truth.
Mr Ashish & Mr ashish told me that account opening process take 3-4 working days but till today on 3rd of March I haven't recevied any call, any welcome from their side
