Sir,
we have taken loan from uco bank to establish one steel plant. loan was taken in may and it was declared NPA under implimentation period by the RM of the bank because he asked money from us by his one of the manager s.s. misra and i denied to give. when I tried to shift to other bank he did every thing wrong which was not lawful. he put my company in cibil defaulter's list so other banks are not giving us any penny support. now they sold my account to ARCEIL and they are threatening us to take possesion on my company side by side our other property which is mortages to them.
As per our auditor's evaluation and RBI norm's our account was not made sub std. before april but he declare our account NPA in june itself. I tried to convince cmd, and ED of this bank but they donot want to do any thing against his worker. He has kept us in position where we should commit suside Our childs are not studing properly we who has invested to2.50 crores as 75% of total investment in this SSI unit.
please we are praying you to take our complaint seriously and give us way to start the unit and time to repay the bank. please help us to come out this situation.
