PAN card not recieved

Dear Sir / Madam,

first flight courier vide airway bill no ZB2400872

I checked it with courier and tried calling them several times, but no response from them. Finely they said courier has been sent back to Pune office.

They are (First flight Courier, Jg 56/61 Japan Market, Gr. Floor, Nr. Hotel Park Inn, Ring Road, Surat) telling a big enough lie. Even i was continuously waiting for the PAN, since it dispatched by PAN Dprt. (on 6-Jul). I am sure nobody has come from first flight courier at my home. Even though i have never receive a single call from first flight courier Pvt. Ltd.

Address for communication is given by me is my home address and persons are available at home by 24 X 7. There is no chance for unavailability of person at my home.

Till date i have sent 4 to 5 mails to ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], ) first flight courier Pvt. Ltd. but still i have not get any reply from them.

Really I appreciate about this kind of bad and Rubbishes service of first flight

I shall be highly obliged, please help in this mater.
