Non Sattalement of my theft claim

I had proposed my motor cycle RJ27 SB 9502 insurance to oriental insurance company at Branch office, Above central bank of India, delhigate, Udaipur (rajasthan). They had accepted my insurance proposal on their agreed Sum Insured 32, 000 via policy no.242502/31/2600, which was valid up to 07/07.

my motor cycle has been stolen On 12.06. that was in policy period.

I have informed and submitted all claim related documents on time to oriental insurance company.

Now they are telling that due to wrong calculation, the IDV was wrongly fixed, and the claim will b settled in Rs. 23, 950 inspite of IDV Rs.32, 000.

I did many correspondences with oriental insurance company but till date I did not get any satisfactory response from Oriental Insurance company and they are not at all to satisfy my claim
