An alert for all trader community dealing with corporates especially big one based in NCR. The Swedish MNC Tetra Pak India Pvt Ltd cheats small traders as they favored by authorities so no action is taken in-spite many complaints against them filled at consumer forums. I had offered them our service of taxi service aDee Travels Uttara-Khand. They still owe me Rs. 125860, un-till the plant of Baba Ramdev was in project phase the payments were regular; now it is fully functional at Patalganga Ayuervda farm so payment is defaulted for more than 1 year now. The plant was established by world leader of aseptic food packaging Tetra Pak India Pvt Ltd. Initially there were some good people working like Mr Raman & some of other staff members who were honest person but they left, it seems Tetra Pak India is not fit to work for honest people to work
However calls are made to ask for share to get payments released by 4 class staff like attendents, HK, from office & even if you take the matter to highest authority MD doesn't help as he is big man having no interest to resolve any wrong doing by Tetra Pak India Pvt Ltd or purchase incharge is relative because in-spite giving proof of mismanagement done by purchase department he is action less & doesn't even cares to respond.
Their brand quote is "we protect, what's good" but it seems to be incomplete it should be "we protect what's good for our profits". They cheat the local small time business (the service providers, vendor..etc. ) by various way of innovative cheating technology - aseptic cheating technology.By not paying for services & goods supplied they loot our hard earned money & take it to european countries suffering from depression this is only the way they know; like their counterparts who ruined India for 200 years.
Too all people who supply any products / items or provide any services to Tetra Pak India even if the senior most officials of company assures for timely payment, be assured that 10-25% dues will not be cleared. The corporate office will say they have send bills to Poona account office & poona office will say they don't hold any payments once bills received; the couriers are lost which is as false statement. Even if u send duplicate invoice it will never reach Poona.
