Excise duty exemption

Dear sir

this is kharag singh from M/S Komal fibres mumbai.

We want to set up recycle fibre plant, but very much confused

whether to rajister in excise or not.

because some one is paying excise and lot more are not,

we r in great difficulty.

everyone buy raw material under ch.55 and 39

but removing under ch.39, those not paying excise

and some remove under ch.55 and paying excise.even buy raw material of all ch.

Reliance, futura poly, polyole, they all making excise payment

but Shiva, ludhiana, capital, nasik.allainace, surat.unitek, tarapur

arora, silvassa.divine, kacch, guj.

are not making excise payment.

we have not concerned about any party.

but ple let us know the actual status of this big industry.
