I am KOUSHIK HALDER from kolkata. Last night (05/12) I made an attempt for online payment for cbse NEET APPLICATION FORM of Rs 1000/- .via billdesk.com via my sbi debit card. In the form fill up process a confirmation page will be printed automatically after successful transaction. But o first attempt the transaction has been failed.. So, I have tried for second time. and it was successful. Today I went to ATM branch to check my balance. But I saw that both the transaction has been debited from my account of Rs.1013.50 each, although first transaction was unsuccessful.
