Dear Aircel,

I'm using aircel No. 8796514156 since May, 12.

Now I'm mumbai, the problem is whenever i recharge this No. A message comes to my mobile and 23 rupees duducted from my account of aircel. U can see the message here,

MAHRC23 has been renewed on your Aircel mobile.

alos tried calling aircel customer care No. But nothing working out.
