2 Forced activation of services and deduction of balance by 'AIRCEL'

Dear sir,

My name is MURALI KRISHNA T (Ph no.9985646434) and i am using AIRCEL network. I am facing a problem from my network provider regarding the forced activation of services and deduction of balance with out my knowledge, i am seriously suffering with this network provider. I have logged a complain to the customer care, first connected to Balance and Billing department then he (Sai krishna) asked me to connect GPRS department and again they (Prasant) asked me to connect Balance and Billing department and this guy (Mizar) is saying that first guy (sai krishna) already deactivated some services (without my knowledge), but i don't know what services has been activated and deactivated. They are playing with me and again i called customer care and there was no response and they were putting me hold and disconnecting the call after 10 minuts. I need u to take some serious action regarding this service provider whose cheating many innocent people like this.
