Kotak securities service is not up to the mark. I am facing the issues in trading account from day one onwards. Customer care people are completely helpless and they are unable answer any queries which I was raised in the telecon but, they are asking me to refer FAQ :) because they don't know the answers and obviously my queries answers won't be there in FAQ's. After sending my queries to customer care through mail they even not responded from last 2 weeks and even i haven't got compliant number.
They are claiming that they will provide best service :) FUNNY
