I and my friend had opened a trading acc with angel broking andheri barnch in october end this year (my client code T11717), WE WERE TOLD by mr samuel (employee at your andheri branch marketing), that no AMC OR DP CHARGES would be charged for first year. HOWEVER JUST WEEKS after opening the acc, charges were cut directly from my balance in trading acc. on contacting mr samuel he told that recover the charges from your profit from trading, i reffered this matter to his manager at angel broking andheri mr aditya, he said to close the acc and your charges will be refunded to u by cheque from mr samuel, after i closemy acc,

after doing so,

i have still not received any refund, even after various promises.
