Rs.1000 was deducted from loan without information

Hi.,

I had taken personal loand & had posted few queries reg. this on 5-Dec & none of them was answered as of now. I have seen an amount of Rs.10579 was deducted from sanctioned amount of Rs.407148 & only Rs.396569 was credited into my a/c.

Inquired them regarding this deduction & he explained Rs.4308 was Admin charges, Rs.3431 was processing fee and Rs.2840 was Insurance fee.

Nowhere they written about processing fee, admin fee, insurance in the documents. I have read all the documents while signing.

I sent several reminders & they are not responding yet
