Abusive Language used by telecalle

Hi,

This is Ajay Singh Rajawat, today 21 Dec at 11:22 am, I got a offer call for ICICI BANK's CREDIT CARD from no 919250573488 the telecall named as Prakash claimed himself calling from Laxmi Nagar branch.

When I refused to get a credit card he started callin me by names (abusing me). I want to resister a complaint againt him and expect you to take some stringent actions against such persons so that they can't harras people
