Dear Sir / Ma'm,
This is with reference to the fraudulent misuse of my SBI (VISA) Credit Card of Rs. 59, 043.52. The moment i got the message on my registered mobile No. 91- 9899606300. Immediately, I tried to launch complain with the customer care officer. But most regret i wish to submit that the response to my grievance is most hopeless.
After repeated calls and much delay i happened to speak to one of the phone banking officer, Mr. Vineet Singhal at around 7:15 pm (IST). I made him aware of all the facts. In response he said that my card has been blocked and also that the merchant has not claimed the transaction and he will put the matter in dispute and therefore the merchant cannot claim the payment until the dispute is resolved.
I again called up the customer care at 7:40pm (IST) for getting a complain no. for my registered grievance Mr. Anupam the customer care officer who attended the call now, in reply, said that whatever information has been given to me by the customer care officer, Mr. Vineet Singhal is wrong and SBI is unable to stop the credit of the transaction if the merchant claims it. He said, nothing can be done. I asked him that if I can be connected to a senior officer, which he was reluctant to but after much force, repeated request and holding the line of 20 mints i was able to get through Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Senior Manager. His reply was also negative and hopeless.
I have launched a police complain against fraud with Mandavli police station, Delhi (my resident area). The complain No. is 65B.
I request you to please intervene in the matter and stop the merchant from receiving the credit of the amount as it is case of pure fraud.
Please save me from being harassed and mentally torturer.
