Payment done to phoneix arc, A person from Barclays bank calling from number 912242455471 and asking for payment, using abusive language

Dear sir,

I have used two barclays bank credit cards in past with card numbers B1C0522159, B1C0522159 (Card numbers are picked from cibil report as the account from Barclays bank was sold to PHOENIX ARC, Today morning I have received a call from 91-2242455471, person was asking me to make the payment of my barclays card and when i explained him that this account was not anymore with barclays bank and was sold to PHOENIX ARC and I have already made the payment and have the NOC letters as well, and the same is not reflecting in CIBIL also, He did not understood and started using abusive language.

I request you to take strict action against such cases, It could have been considered a mistake with few days from payment but I have made the payment in July and as I mentioned that its now reflecting in CIBIL as well.
