Credit Card application failed to file leaking out all information from client

I was offered a credit card from ICICI coral from policy bazaar for which I had submitted all my personal and confidential information but policy bazaar agent did not respond. On calling many times, Later I was told that person whom I had contacted left the company and hence I filed a complain and then manager for client relationship has assigned another person who contacted me and told that they will process my fresh application as the employee has left company. When I told them that I want my earlier application and personal information what I gave them earlier to be processed they said that they would get back to me after digging into application which they did not. Again I tried contacting policy bazaar but could not reach to concerned person.

When I contacted ICICI bank and told them that such thing happned they said they havent received any new request for credit card from policy bazaar. Policy Bazaar has taken all my internal data confidential information but failed to serve this. I expect such companies should be banned in company as it lead to fraudness,

I am not at satisfied with the service given my policy bazar. I have applied for ICICI coral card and has given all my personal details while filling application. And I am trying to contact nitin kumar who has handled my application but he is never reachable. I would like to know the status of my application.

As we have cross checked your status with the concern department & we have forwarded your ICICI Bank credit card file in the bank, so we request you to grant us alteast 3 more days so that we can share the status which we will be getting from ICICI Bank directly. We are confirming you that we will be calling you & sending an e-mail with the updated status till this Saturday (5-1-13) or coming Monday (7-1-13).
