I have tried numerous times to load a dispute on Transaction no: #7T74925019431933S and thus far all my attempts have been shot down. I even went as far as to contact some of your top management on linkedin and still haven't had any luck. I am writing this complaint and sharing it on your timeline. I will continue this effort until I get a representative from PayPal who would adhere to my request.
I believe that I followed all the correct procedures to follow your terms and conditions but you have not. I had no protection as a buyer whatsoever. I will lose my money if you don't take any action.
