Transaction didn't complete but my bank a/c is debited

Dear sir/madam New delhi,

I've just paid my postpaid mobile no 9818363080 bill of Rs. 615 for the bill period of 11-aug to 10-sep, bill no 86626901, through my wife's account of bank of baroda. I 've got a message to retry the transaction from airtel, when i checked my wife's the amount is deducted from the account, kindly look into this matter and do the necessary. being such a reputed company you cannot let the customers face such silly problems. please do the necessary.
