Dear Sir,

This is inform you that My self is Ravi also working in TELECOM DOMAIN in VAS dept.

My Airtel prepaid msisdn is 7869555507.

From my prepaid test no 7869555507 TWO times Rs. 99 /- has been deducted AUTOMATICALLTY without any activity from my end..

Actiually I known all TRAI rules for activation there services..

So request you please REFUND my deducted amount Rs. 99 99 = 198

1) 7/08/10 AT 11:27 PM RS. 99 DEDUCTED FOR TOYSTORYMANIA FROM AIRTEL..

2) 9/08/10 AT 10:17 PM RS. 99 DEDUCTED FOR SUDDENSTRIKE FROM AIRTEL

NOTE THAT ONE ANOTHER SERVICE FRIEND CHAT WAS ALSO WRONGLY ACTIAVTED ON MY NO DATED ON 14 /07/10 AT 8:34 PM. BUT AFTER COMPLENTED DEDUDTED AMOUNT HADBEEN REFUNDED.

BUT IN THIS CASE CCARE NOT PROVIDING POSITIVE RESPONCE FOR SAME..

PLEASE LOOK THIS MATTER ASAP WITHOUT DELAY..
