My prepaid balance deduct

Dear Sir/ Madam,

i m customer of Airtel prepaid. From some days, i m receiving an sms from 543216 (airtel) for chating on moblie, and charged Rs. 10/- from my balance and today he carged Rs. 20/- from my balance. but i dont want this service, when before some days, i was trying to stom this service but no any action from Airtel...

so, plz stop this msgs and like this service on my mobile or no.

plz give me my balance as soon as...
