I am using Airtel prepaid card. On sept 22 I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543214.stating that 32 Rs deducted from my account.
Immediately I called customer care 121 and asked about this stupid thing, they said they cant do anything when i tell them that 32 Rs deducted from my balance from nothing. But it is not free call Airtel is charging 1.50 Rs per minute. I didn’t want to do it from my side. So I logged complaint. I called customer care and asked about it, though the money not been credited to my account. Again I called customer care (121) but am very unhappy with the airtel service for without any reason how you people deducted 32Rs from balance well i am expecting to be solved onsept 23rd 2010 end of the day.
I am going to wait till sept 23rd 2010 end of the day. If it is not solved then i will take this issue legally.my number is 9963449207
