My cell no is 9831269293. Everyday Rs 5 is being deducted from my balance. I have not activated any type of service or anything. I noticed that my balance is being cut 2 days back. I complained to customer care by calling 9831098310 and they told some hungama service is being activated since 5 April. I have never activated any service. This is pathetic paying for that service which i never asked for. The customer officer told that refund will be made of Rs 55. Than i had a talk with other customer officer. No one is listening to my complain and nothing is being done regarding it. This is so ridiculous, I just want my money back in my account that is Rs 55 or even more i dont know. God knows when did airtel start this service in my phone and everyday Rs 5 is being cut.
