Hi,

On 28th may, Airtel TV activated from my mobile. I deactivated the service on the same day. But on june 2nd i got a meesage from AD-54321 saying "Thanks for using Airtel TV subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 30.". I called airtel customer care and deactivated the service again. The amount (Rs 30) also refunded. Again on 6th june i got a message from AD-54321 saying "Thanks for using Airtel TV subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 28." When i called customer care they said, they will deactivate the service and will refund the amount. But till now i didnt get the deactivation message or refund amount. just got a message saying request reference number is CBDMT20608084838. Now iam not even able to contact customer care. It seems like they blocked my number. Could you please help me to resolve the issue. My Mobile number is 8056286725.
