Just before 15 min a deduction of Rs. 3 was made from my balance towards the use of DESITADKA service. Whereas this service was not at all opened or used on my mobile even then airtel has deducted this money which shows a clear cut cheating and harassment of consumer by Airtel network. I request Airtel to kindly transfer my deducted amount at the earliest otherwise i will complain in consumer forum for my case.
