False subscription of services and money deduction

Thanks for using filmybuzz subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10.

&--this msg on 08.july.2011 at near 1pm and 7:30pm deducted Rs.20 from my balance which i dont have subscribed at all. on calling customer care there was a complete silence from their side. At 9pm i got this msg from

i have heard about these things and now have seen. but this is really a shame for a big name like Airtel. can anybody suggest me something about it or changing the service provider is a good choice.
