My name S.S.Shukla and I am Serving in Indian Air Force At Air Force Station Maharajpura Gwalior (M.P.). My Airtel no.is 9893739764.My calls were charged at the rate of 1 paise since January when I had applied under the scheme for reducing the call rates. But since last 2 weeks the calls cost much higher.
On demanding GPRS setting, your customer care said nothing will be charged for the sending message for at 543212.But still Rs 5 has been deducted on 1/8 at 6:58 PM.
