Mobile No 9896588974 Pre Paid Connection
Unwanted charges of Rs 5/- is being deducted every day towards VOV service Subscriptions even though it was not subscribed and is not being stopped. On trying to get the services deactivated through Airtel toll free number No value added service activated message is received. on 21st Sept'2011 through customer care service i booked the complaint No ROVAD50921179651 and it was told the the services will be stopped from 23rdsept'11.Message for deduction is received every day around 0900 Hrs.
All my efforts to get this service activated are failed.
The services may be deactivated immediately anf the deduction made my be paid back in my mobile balance.
