Deduction of money without intimation and nonrefunding

Dear sir/madam,

I have recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile number 9678192690 with INR . 150 and the next day I was charged Rs. 135 for Airtel tv on mobile subscription for 1 month without any of my request for the said service. When I spoke to customer care and registered a complaint I was told that I would be refunded the deducted amount with in 20 minutes. Where as I was only refunded with Rs. 50. When I again called customer care, they kept me on hold for 12 minutes for which I've been again charged Rs.2. Once again I called customer care, this time I was clearly rejected saying that I won't get any more refunds. My complaint register number with Airtel customer care is CBDMT20413532439.. you are requested to kindly look into the matter and make Airtel to refund my money back.
